Waiting time depends on your pickup location:
- Pickup at Arlanda: 1 hour of free waiting time starting from the moment your plane lands.
- Pickup elsewhere: 10 minutes of free waiting time.
After your trip, you can ask your driver for a physical taximeter receipt.
You will also automatically receive a digital receipt via email once your ride is completed.

- Name
- Phone number
- Car model and registration number
Yes — you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.

A standard ride includes space for 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on bags.
